Office Update
It’s been a big couple of weeks in the office, full of connection, reflection, and celebration.
Adrian took a well-earned week off to recharge at the Mount, and while he was away, Ben stepped in to cover. It was so nice to catch up with him! We already miss having him around, but it was great to hear what he’s been up to.We also had the chance to give him a proper farewell with a special send-off. It was so heartwarming to see many of his practice members return to celebrate the impact he made during his 15 months with us. TK and Julia even rewrote “Jolene” as a tribute song for him, and Ben’s dad came along too. The evening was filled with laughter and great conversations between familiar and new faces. If you’d like a copy of the song lyrics, just let us know!
We’ve also had three chiropractic students observing in the practice recently. We really enjoy having students in the office—one of our big goals is to offer world-class chiropractic care while also giving future chiros a chance to experience the many ways of practicing and connecting with community.
And finally, we attended a mindset seminar focused on breaking the habit of negative thinking. It offered some really practical tools for shifting unhelpful thought patterns and reminded us how continuous learning—and sometimes unlearning—can shape the way we show up in practice. As always, we’re committed to making sure the adjustment begins the moment you walk through the door. Every detail in our space has been chosen with care to give you the best experience possible.
