Hi I’m Trey,
With over seven years of hands-on experience in the gym, I’ve built a deep understanding of how to make training both effective and enjoyable. My background spans powerlifting, calisthenics, rehab, and sport-specific training.
I believe every client deserves a style of training that truly works for them, no matter their experience level or fitness background. Whether you’re a complete beginner taking your first step into the gym, an intermediate lifter looking to break plateaus, or an advanced athlete chasing performance, I tailor personalised plans that meet you exactly where you are. My approach is always flexible, client-focused, and built around your unique goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll set realistic goals, build lasting habits, and unlock your potential one session at a time.
