May is ending, but this conversation shouldn’t. 💜
Pelvic pain affects millions of people, yet many still spend months or even years searching for answers, support, or simply someone who understands what they‘re experiencing.
Awareness is about more than recognising a condition. It’s about encouraging people to seek help sooner, creating space for open conversations, challenging stigma, and reminding those living with pelvic pain that they do not have to navigate it alone.
If pelvic pain is part of your story, remember this: your experiences are valid, your symptoms deserve attention, and seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
As Pelvic Pain Awareness Month comes to a close, let‘s continue creating conversations that lead to understanding, support, and better pelvic health for all. 💜

To all the mums! Happy Mother’s Day 💐

Motherhood asks so much of women, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yet so many postpartum changes, including pelvic floor challenges like leaking, weakness, and discomfort, are still rarely talked about openly.

At JUNOFEM, we believe mums deserve support that continues long after childbirth. Through guided pelvic floor training and real-time feedback, femfit® is designed to help mums better understand, strengthen, and reconnect with their pelvic floor. 👑

This Mother’s Day, we want to remind mums that their health matters too. You deserve support, recovery, and care that continues long after childbirth. 💪

Kegel exercises are still one of the most recommended ways to improve pelvic floor function, but pelvic floor training has evolved. 💜

It’s no longer just about squeezing muscles and hoping for the best. Modern pelvic floor training focuses on technique, coordination, relaxation, consistency, and understanding what your body actually needs.

The reality is, up to 40% of women are not activating the correct muscles during pelvic floor exercises, which can make progress difficult and frustrating. Some pelvic floors may also be overactive or too tight, meaning strengthening alone may not always be the answer.

That’s why guided, evidence-based training and real-time feedback can make such a difference. femfit® is designed to help women better understand their pelvic floor, improve technique, and train with confidence.💪

Because pelvic floor health is about more than just doing Kegels. 💜

The more we talk, the more things change. 💜

After childbirth, Aimee experienced incontinence severe enough to affect both everyday life and elite competition, yet she continued to show up, compete, and win. 💪 By bravely sharing her experience, she is helping break the silence around pelvic floor dysfunction and opening up an important conversation around women’s pelvic health.

Too many women silently struggle with incontinence, through menopause, after childbirth, believing it is something they simply have to live with. The truth is, support is available. With the right education, guidance, and evidence-based pelvic floor muscle training, improvement is possible.

At JUNOFEM, we’re passionate about helping women better understand and strengthen their pelvic floor through femfit® and real-time feedback. Together, we can create change. 💜

Thank you to and Aimee Oliver for sharing this important story. Read more here: https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c1mk3kp8jd1o

A healthy pelvic floor is built through small, consistent habits. Your pelvic floor is working for you every day, even when you’re not thinking about it. ⭐️

Pelvic floor exercises are important, but doing them properly matters most. ✨

Across different stages of life and different roles, women’s bodies are constantly adapting. 👸

From training and performance, to recovery after birth, to long days on your feet or simply getting through everyday life, the body is always responding to different demands. 💪

The pelvic floor is part of all of this, supporting the bladder, bowel, and uterus, and playing a key role in stability, movement, and control. Because of this, pelvic floor health is closely linked to how we move, recover, and feel day to day. 🦋

Pelvic floor exercises are commonly recommended to help build strength, coordination, and control. But many women are left unsure if they’re doing them correctly, and studies suggest a large proportion perform them incorrectly without guidance. 💜

Together for health. Stand with science. 💪
Pelvic floor exercise should be guided by evidence, not guesswork. femfit® is grounded in research and clinical science to help women better understand, train, and track their pelvic floor function over time. ⭐️

On World Health Day, we’re recognising pelvic floor health as an essential part of overall health. ✨

It’s great to see SheLeaps come to life with British Gymnastics ✨

Creating a space where women and girls can access clear, trusted information about their health, and feel supported in their sport, is something that’s been needed for a long time. From periods to pelvic floor health, these are conversations that should feel normal, not overlooked. ⭐️

It’s encouraging to see this kind of platform making it easier to learn, ask questions, and feel more confident in your body. 💪

Here at JUNOFEM, we’re proud to support that change by helping women and girls understand, track, and improve their pelvic floor health with confidence. 👸

Women carry many roles throughout life. 👩
Supporting families, building careers, pursuing passions, caring for others, and showing up for themselves. 💪

Behind many of these everyday activities is the pelvic floor, a group of muscles that support movement, stability, and bladder control. Yet for many women, pelvic floor health is still something that is rarely talked about.

That conversation is changing. 👸

With femfit®, women and their healthcare professionals can see how the pelvic floor muscles are working through real-time biofeedback and track improvements over time.💜

This International Women’s Day, we recognise every role women hold and the growing attention to pelvic floor health that supports them through each stage of life. A big happy international women’s day from all of us at JUNOFEM. ✨⭐️🫶🏻
