Kia Toa Wellness Kia Toa Wellness a recovery space for everyone. We currently are running 4 classes a week from the Fikaa Gym in Manukau. Book yourself a massage.

We have 2 locations - Manukau and North Shore and several different services including Sports & Therapeutic Massage, Dry Needling, Functional Cupping, Rongoā Māori and Physiotherapy. We offer a variety of services including Personal Training, Group Fitness, Netball Skill Sessions and Massage Therapy. Classes are free for gym members and $10 casual entry. Shape me up (Monday 6pm): A 60min endurance based class adding in weighted/body weight exercises. Sure to create a different burn

Let’s get moving (Wednesday 6pm): 60 minutes of fast paced cardio weights based class, getting the heart rate up and the body moving. Mobiflex (Thursday 5:30pm): 45min class where we use various movements and weights to achieve mobility through the muscles and joints. Netflex: Netball skills and fitness class. Offering some insight into the training and fitness used for off season and preseason training. We can also organise small group sessions for you business. Exercise is a great way to build team culture as well as a great way to relieve the mind and body from the stresses of work. Personal Training: - $70 for 60min session, $40 for 30min session. Have some goals in mind flick us a message and see if we are the right fit to help you achieve those goals. We offer various ideas around your health and fitness goals. We also do Sports and Therapeutic massage. - $80 for 60min Session, $65 for 45min, $45 for 30min session & $30 for 20min. Working hard from all your training and the body is feeling fatigued and tight. Our job is to make sure that you achieve what you come to see us for.
