Your gut called - it wants more fermented goodness! πŸ“²βœ¨

Packed with probiotics to support digestion, immunity & that gut-brain glow, this cheats version, is the ultimate fridge staple.πŸš¨πŸ’‘

Throw it on eggs, nourish bowls, avo toast, dumplings, noodles… or honestly eat it straight from the jar like I do. 🍳πŸ₯—πŸ₯‘πŸ₯ŸπŸœπŸ€

During the healing process, certain emotional changes can feel confusing or even discouraging. In reality, many of these experiences are signs that your mind and body are processing and moving through difficult emotions. 🌈

1. Crying is one way the body releases built-up emotional tension. When strong feelings that were previously pushed aside begin to surface, tears can become a natural outlet. Rather than meaning something is wrong, it can indicate that your nervous system is finally allowing those emotions to move through you, instead of staying stored inside. πŸŒ…

2. As you evolve and become more aware of your needs and boundaries, the dynamics with people around you may shift. While this can feel painful, it can also reflect personal growth and a clearer understanding of who and what supports your wellbeing. 🧿

3. Anger often appears when something important to us has been hurt or crossed. Instead of being purely negative, it can actually signal that you recognise your own worth and your need for care, respect and protection. Learning to acknowledge anger in a healthy way, can be part of understanding your deeper emotions. β›”

4. Many people have grown up in environments where achievement and productivity are constantly measured. Because of that conditioning, it can be easy to treat healing like another task to complete or evaluate. In reality, healing does not always look productive. Sometimes it simply means resting, slowing down, or giving yourself time and compassion. Growth is not only something you accomplish - it is something you gradually live and embody. πŸ¦‹

When Claire came to me, she was running on empty - burnt out, inflamed and just not feeling like herself. πŸ’‘

This is why I chose to boost her support protocol with RejuveGen and Curcuma Phospholipids. ✨

Because sometimes it’s not about pushing harder - it’s about giving the body what it needs to re-set, regulate and come back to itself. 🌿

Around here we do believe its important not to have coffee on an empty stomach. πŸ”₯ But equally to appreciate the ritual and savour the flavour. β˜• Recently we have been adding lion's mane into our coffee cup. πŸ„

Ben focussed on taking x1 supplement at a time, but their cumulative impact, included:
β€’ Supporting sustained energy & mental clarity
β€’ Strengthening his immune function
β€’ Balancing his gut health & reducing inflammation
β€’ Promoting long-term vitality and resilience

For Ben, it was about setting up a protocol that gave his body the right support it needed, to ultimately function at its best. πŸ•ΊπŸΌ

Making Sauerkraut πŸ₯¬πŸ’šπŸŸ’

You’ll need:
~ Cabbage πŸ₯¬
~ Himalayan saltπŸ§‚
~ Toasted cumin seeds 🟀
~ Dried dill 🌿
~ Jars πŸ«™

Special shout out to my friends over at Clover Ferments for the banging recipe! πŸ§©πŸ’šβœ…

Sauerkraut is great for heart health as it’s high in prebiotics and fibre, which helps to lower cholesterol and blood pressureπŸ«€

It’s also important in digestive health as it feeds the gut microbiome with beneficial probiotics and prebiotics, reduces your inflammation & strengthens your immune system πŸ’ͺ🏽

Special points to those who count how many times I say the word β€œmagic” and spot the wink… πŸͺ„πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ˜œ

Grateful to have been a winning recipient of the Ripples of Health campaign, initiated by Give Back Health, whose mission is to create therapeutic supplements created with integrity, formulated for results and designed to be accessible. The Ripples of Health initiative specifically helps practitioners, like me, to extend our impact beyond the walls of our clinic. Each week they give away $1,000 RRP worth of therapeutic supplements to practitioners across Australia and New Zealand, who share their belief - that even small actions, can create meaningful change. ✨

My intention with my winnings was to trial some of their supplements in my home, which I will be sharing as part of my Ripples of Health series, but also to give away as many supplements to my lovely clients, as possible. In the name of education and awareness, a few brave recipients put their hand up to share why the supplements were gifted to them in the first place. πŸ’‘

First up, the lovely, Storm, walked away with: L-Theanine, Mag-Relax & Sleepatonin. πŸ’₯

Preserved Lemons πŸ‹πŸ’›πŸŒΌ

A big shout out to my incredibly talented intern, Ollie. πŸ“Έ

Over the past few months we’ve worked on so much together - new imagery for the website, filming content and editing a soon to be released podcast. Seeing it all come together has been incredibly rewarding! πŸŽ™οΈ

I’m really grateful for the time, care and effort you’ve put into every part of it, Ollie. It’s been great building this body of work together and shaping the next chapter of the brand together. πŸ¦‹

Special thanks to Good CX for the introduction and the fabulous pairing! πŸš€

Just me having a yarn about the importance of the adrenals. What they are, where they are located and why it is important we look after them. πŸ’―

Sneak preview, consider layering in nettle tea, as a simple swap to your caffeinated beverage a couple of times per week. βš–
