Busy Sunday incoming!

I’ll be at the PHA West Auckland Pop Up Day to start with. This event is at the Oratia School Hall from 10:00 - 3:00, and is a great opportunity to get an affordable fix of whatever wellness you wish! So many lovely warm caring practitioners coming together to create this day!

And then I’m jetting up to Aroha Shanti Wellness Centre, teaming up with Soul Direction off the back of her reiki retreat! I’ve done a few of these now, and it’s just so special coming into a space that she and her peeps have filled with love and reiki magic 🥰
