Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body. This is a key component of traditional Chinese medicine. Acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management. Acupuncture points are believed to stimulate the central nervous system. This, in turn, releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes may stimulate the body's natural healing abilities and promote physical and emotional well-being. Herbs

Depending on the patient’s situation, tongue, pulse, and then getting a Chinese medicine diagnosis, then Dr. Win Huang will choose some herbs for his patients. Firstly, take three doses, if the effect is good, keeping these herbs, if it is ineffective, changes to the herbs will be made in the next consultation. Cupping

Putting fire in the cup gets rid of the oxygen inside and creates suction. After placing the cup on the skin quickly, the skin will be sucked up. This makes the local blood circulation fast and relaxes the local muscles. What is Cupping Therapy? Cupping is an ancient Chinese method of causing local congestion. A partial vacuum is created in the cups, placed on the skin either by means of heat or suction. This draws up the underlying tissues. When the cup is left in place on the skin for a few minutes, blood stasis is formed and localized healing takes place. Cupping therapy has been further developed as a means to open the ‘Meridians’ of the body. Meridians are the conduits in the body through which energy flows to every part of the body and through every organ and tissue. There are five meridians on the back that, when opened, allow invigorating energy to travel through the whole length of the body. It has been found that cupping is probably the best way of opening these meridians. Cupping has also been found to affect the body up to four inches into the tissues, causing the tissues to release toxins, activate the lymphatic system, clear colon blockages, activate the skin, clear stretch marks, improve varicose veins, help activate and clear the veins, arteries, and capillaries. Cupping is the best deep tissue massage available. This technique is very useful, very safe, and can be easily learned and incorporated into your family health practices. nowadays, plastic cups with a vacuum are used instead of the traditional methods. The new cups have done away with the traditional firing. This has made the application of the cups more easy and safe. It has a good penetrating effect and a big drawing strength. It has not only proved effective but also simplified the procedures of cupping therapy. The improved plastic cups for ancient Chinese cupping therapy are now available for supply. They are easier to be handled and safer to be used for self-treatment at home. In China, the new cups are very popular for family cupping treatment. This case involves a patient with long-term itching and burning sensations. Symptoms were provoked and relieved by pressing the anterior scalene muscle, suggesting Neurogenic Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (Neurogenic TOS), with the main cause being tension in the anterior scalene muscle, compressing C5-C7 brachial plexus nerves and sympathetic nerves. Acupuncture, manual release of the scalene muscle, and rehabilitation training are the primary treatment methods, with a good prognosis.
