Have you had massage before?
When was the last time you received massage?
Are you experiencing any pain at this present moment?
If so how often do you experience the same symptoms of pain in your body?
How long does the pain persists?
What do you do for a living or hobbie?
Do you play sport or active in a gym?
How much water do you consume daily?
Do you have problems sleeping?

These are just some of the questions I generally ask.

Most experiences with pain is due to being out of alignment and what does that mean? It means your hips could be out, your pelvic is twisted slightly and your spine is probably crooked. If this seems to be the case, our whole body's system is not running efficiently as it should be. If you're in pain, imagine what your body's mechanism is doing to work at its best to keep you going thru the day.

How often should you get a Massage?
One of the most common questions asked about massage all depends from client to client. How often you should receive massage depends on many factors. These could include your general health, whats your reason for massage how you felt after your last session, your time, and of course, your budget. The purpose of your massage as a factor in deciding how often to schedule your appointments. Some people get massages for health maintenance and general relaxation. The purpose of these sessions is to support proper body functions, including blood circulation and joint flexibility. Regular sessions like these prevent pain, stress points, and muscle tension from building up. Stress Relief In spite of regular massages for relaxation, there may be times when you will experience periods of higher stress and greater muscle tension. If you are in a high-stress job or work in an environment that requires you to be in one position for a prolonged period of time, you may develop tightly-knotted muscles in your back, arms and shoulders. These may result in reduced movement and significant pain. In addition, constant stress increases your risk of heart disease.
