After a couple of incredible years in Aotearoa, we’re saying farewell to Gill as she heads back home to Ireland 🇮🇪 ☘️

Gill has been a huge part of our clinic whānau — contributing her skill, care, and calm presence across North Harbour Rugby Union, the Men’s NPC and Women’s FPC programmes, and Massey Rugby Club. Her impact on our players and community has been immense 🏉

We’re so grateful for everything you’ve brought to the team, Gill. All the best as you reunite with family and start your next chapter back home. You’ll be dearly missed — go well! 🌟

Dom’s made a massive impact in the Browns Bay & Albany community, Northcote Rugby Club and with North Harbour Rugby Union — keeping players on the field and locals moving well 💪

Thanks for all your hard work, patience, and laughs along the way, mate. You’ll be missed — all the best for the next chapter 👊

📣 Weekend Sevens Footy! 🏉💪

Huge shoutout to our amazing physios, Gill and Johnny, for going above and beyond this weekend at the Northern Regionals in Morrinsville!

Gill supported the North Harbour Women’s 7s team as they dominated and deservingly brought home the winners’ medals 🏆👏.
Johnny stood strong with the North Harbour Men’s 7s team, who fought hard and finished as runners-up 🥈💪.
Both also lent their expertise to the NZ Barbarians 7s team, making sure every player stayed in top shape throughout the tournament!

We’re so proud of the dedication and passion our team brings to the field. Congratulations to North Harbour Rugby and to everyone involved for an epic weekend of rugby!

In good hands is now offering mat Pilates classes! Running on a Monday at 5:30pm and Thursday at 7am with Hannah🤸🏽‍♀️🧘🏼

We are also offering private reformer sessions!

Pilates is a great way to:
