Let me introduce myself, I have more than 40 year experience with skin, starting as a beauty therapist at 18, I studied for 3 years in the UK, I then trained in areas such as dermo nutrition (nutrition for the skin) naturopathic skin care, skin /gut health and emotional health. I am qualified in multiple advanced massage techniques such as buccal, face sculpting, Gua sha, facial cupping, lymph brushes… with a holistic understanding of the skin, I believe the skin is a reflection of our environment, lifestyle and internal well being.
