David has a holistic approach to massage and the ancient shiatsu, ampuku and kidney ginger compress treatments allows him to do that.
An author of the cookbook Inspiring Organics which was published by Penguin books explaining how to energise, cleanse, strengthen and tone the body. He is currently transferring the information in this book to his YouTube channel ‘meal in a minute’. This shows the preparation of a balanced meal condensed into 1 minute. It comes with a shopping list and photo of the ingredients at the beginning, instructions throughout and a final photo of the meal at the end.
So how David works for example, is a neck problem may be created from an unhealthy liver and part of the treatment will be restoring balance into the liver with an ampuku treatment and diet advise, sending out the appropriate ‘meal in a minute’ clip, as well as massaging the neck.
