We are just over 6 weeks away from our annual spring shred challenge! We are so excited... Last year we included some nutrition and physiology seminars over zoom. We would love to do this again and pick 4 topics that would interest you and be helpful to your progress. We were thinking of re-doing the seminar about women's health and hormones... as a few people missed out last year. Comment below if you would like to do that and any other topic suggestions that you would like to see presented as part of the spring challenge.
