The regatta was called off, due to unsafe conditions, about thirty minutes after the corporate rowing race. As the photos portray, Pupuke's conditions did not favour novice rowers. All of the teams battled the tough conditions and got across the line in one piece. Congratulations to New Zealand Superannuation Fund for their hard fought win.

The iconic Lake Pupuke hosted New Zealand Superannuation Fund, Fisher and Paykel Healthcare, IAG Insurance, WestPac Bank and Price Waterhouse Coopers for the annual Corporate Rowing race. The race is used to support the rowing community and market Corporate Rowing's teamwork facilitation packages. You can find more information on the packages at www.corporaterowing.co.nz
