Dimensions of Wellness:
Change your habits, change your life! 🥗
People often think about wellness in terms of physical health — nutrition, exercise, weight management, etc., but it is so much more. Wellness is a holistic integration of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, fueling the body, engaging the mind, and nurturing the spirit. Although it always includes striving for health, it’s more about living life fully, and is “a lifestyle and a personalized approach to living life in a way that… allows you to become the best kind of person that your potentials, circumstances, and fate will allow”...😇

Conium Maculatum (Con.)
The complaints of Conium originate slowly and progressively, the patient is often unable to exactly date the onset of complaints. Mentally, they generally are emotionally closed, flat or hard people. As well as expressing mental dullness or confusion also referred to as “brain fog”, there is a general suppression of sexual desires. Physically, the client may express slowness or rigidity, which is worse on the first movement and is better with motion, vertigo, photophobia, and swollen cervical glands. The Conium client avoids the light, craves salt, coffee and sour things and has an aversion to wine or milk... Plus so much more!

Did you know that Homeopathy can help support individuals in a detoxing program? In this article, we will talk about how to do a detox with support from Homeopathy. We are referring to an age-old process of cleaning the blood. But how do you ask? By removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination as well as through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymph and skin.
