Introducing “The Midlife Edit by Life Co-Lab” a curated series of expert-led sessions designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body and how to respond with clarity.

We are excited to be starting with “The Midlife Edit by Life Co-Lab × Nutrition by Chantal,” led by New Zealand registered nutritionist Chantal Cuthers.

This workshop will provide up-to-date guidance covering hormones, nutrition and what actually matters:

• What your hormones are doing during perimenopause + menopause
