Muscle is more than strength — it's your longevity organ.

Starting in our 30s, we naturally begin to lose muscle mass — and that loss speeds up as we age, especially post-menopause. Less muscle means reduced energy, slower metabolism, joint pain, weaker bones, and more risk of injury.

Our “Body, Balance, Boost” 8-week program is back for 2024. This is an opportunity to learn, be motivated and boost your wellness so you can start the year feeling healthy and strong.
