Tight hamstrings? Static stretching isn’t always the answer. 🚫

Try combining:
1️⃣ Dynamic banded leg extensions – activate + lengthen hamstrings
2️⃣ Cat–cow flow – loosen spine + pelvis to take pressure off hamstrings

Kate graduated from AUT with a bachelor of health science in Physiotherapy, with an interest in personalised rehabilitation through manual therapy and exercise based rehabilitation, including Pilates for recovery.

Kate enjoys attending gym classes and exploring New Zealand with friends, she has a background in competitive dancing and grew up in Nashville TN, USA
