🦷✨ Tooth Extraction Aftercare – Keep Healing Smooth & Comfortable

Just had a tooth removed? Here’s how to take care of your smile while it heals:

• Bite gently on the gauze for 30–60 minutes to stop bleeding
• Avoid rinsing, spitting, or using straws for 24 hours
• Stick to soft foods (think yoghurt, mashed potatoes, soup)
• No smoking or alcohol for at least 48 hours
• Keep your head elevated and rest
• Use a cold compress to reduce swelling
• Take pain relief as advised
• After 24 hours, gently rinse with warm salt water

🚨 If you experience severe pain, swelling, or bleeding, contact your dentist immediately.
