“A thousand-mile journey begins with the first step”
Being in my 40s, I am the biggest I have been in my life this year 2026. I havent been able to fit most of my summer dresses.
The clothes once baggy were getting tight!
January 7th was a good day to begin!
My first step was to stop snacking and go back to natural plant 🌱 based diet and aim to do at least 10 k steps each day. Aiming at 2 meals a day. Reducing the sugar.
To be honest, the weight loss results are slower than expected but I am feeling better than i was a few months ago and hope that in the next month my check up with the doctor will reveal great improvements.
