Holiday Skin Tips! Out enjoying the sunshine? Here are our top tips to keep your skin healthy and protected during the holidays:

+ SPF is your best friend – Apply sunscreen before you head out (even on cloudy days) and reapply every 2 hours. Don’t forget ears, neck, and hands.

+ Hydrate – Drink plenty of water and make sure you are taking a good EFA (Essential Fatty Acids) to help your skin retain hydration.

+ Protect your eyes – Wear sunglasses to shield delicate skin around the eyes from sun damage and prevent pigmentation and premature lines.

+ Don’t bake all day! Keep your skin protected, stay in the shade and wear a hat.

Remember: The best (and least expensive) revision treatment is Prevention!
