What a year! 2025 has been packed with big moments, community connections, and plenty of progress. From supporting our local sporting legends at the Helensville Rugby Club and Kaipara College netball, rugby and touch teams, through to sponsoring school Ag Days and showing up at the Helensville A&P Show- we loved being out in the community.

In clinic, we stepped things up with new VALD testing technology, fresh equipment and upgrades to our clinic gym, new signage and a full refresh of our Reception area. We also shared our knowledge through community education talks at Parakai Springs and Helensville Zero Waste. And of course, we finished strong with a stunning team day out at Brick Bay.

Thank you for being part of our journey — here’s to an even bigger 2026! 🥂✨

Rounding out our sports year with coast_7s at Global Youth 7’s- rugby 10 months of the year 2025 has been a big one.
If you’ve been doing the kms driving to trainings, late nights, early mornings, food prep, injury management, game analysis ….we see you!
Whānau supporting our young people in sport - competitive or social - is one of the hardest yet most valuable experiences you can give.
The values, spirit, culture and life lessons are huge but vital.
Enjoy a break over the holidays, rest those young bodies and let’s look forward to supporting more sports in 2026! 🙌

This is what it looks like when community groups come together!

Dropping off a huge box of books courtesy of all of our lovely customers!
A big donation from Physio Flex Helensville on friday bolstered the box up and off it went to
Harcourts Helensville - Licensed Agent REAA 2008 for the inaugural Santa's Grotto where toys, gifts and our donated books were handed over to Parent Aid North West who will distribute them to whānau in our community.
A heart warming effort with collaboration including and South Kaipara Good Food.

It's just the best 🙏

And lastly a shout out to who do this year in and year out getting bigger and bigger! We are honored to be a part of it and love that we can adapt the kaupapa for our own little town 🫶

Holiday Hours Update ✨

From 22 Dec to early Jan, our team is a little smaller as we give everyone a chance to recharge. If you’re hoping to get those niggles sorted before Christmas or Summer adventures, make sure to book now.

Yes, we will be open the week of Christmas and New Year, but with reduced staff and shorter/limited days, so plan ahead to secure your spot.

Thanks for your understanding and for keeping us busy- we love looking after our community. 💛

You can book online while we are closed- use the waiting list on our website if you can't get a time to suit. We have some flexibility over the holidays so will be in touch if we can get you in!
