At Tonic Room, many of us are mothers ourselves, and so many of our wonderful clients are too. Today we celebrate the care, strength and endless love that motherhood can hold ~ both seen and unseen.

We also know this day can feel difficult for many. To those missing their mother, longing to become one, navigating loss, distance or complicated relationships, our hearts really are with you today. We honour the quiet ache that days like this can bring and send you extra love 🫶🏻

Meet the newest member of Tonic Room 🌿

Laura Francis has joined us as a Holistic Massage & Reiki Therapist. She has a gentle, grounded approach to supporting nervous system regulation, recovery, and whole-body wellbeing.

She holds a qualification in Holistic Health & Therapeutic Massage and is currently completing a Bachelor of Natural Health, training as a naturopath and medical herbalist🌿

For those of you who’ve experienced her magic at Tonic Room over the years, you’ll understand just how much she means to us. Her warmth, talent, kindness (and of course her endless patience during our photoshoots!) will be deeply missed.
