These days between Christmas and New Year have been made extra special by the friendly local faces who’ve popped in — the smiles, chats, check-ins, and quiet moments shared. Thank you for choosing to spend a little part of your holidays with us. This photo holds just the three of us — Paul, myself, and our youngest (currently in training 😉) — while everyone else is off celebrating and adventuring. We feel so held by this community and so grateful to be here, doing what we love.

As we pause near the close of the year, our hearts are full of gratitude. Lily and Lotus has always been more than a space — it is an extension of the Prema thread that weaves through everything we do: presence, care, beauty, and community. This photo holds just the six of us, and while we feel deeply thankful for this moment, we also feel the gentle ache of missing our two beautiful children who are currently living in Ireland, but still an integral part of everything that we do . And still working with us at Lily and Lotus from across the sea.

Thank you to every soul who has walked through our doors, shared a conversation, a cup, a practice, a smile — your support truly means more than words.

We also want to acknowledge that this time of year can be tender and challenging for many. The world feels heavy for so many right now, and not everyone finds Christmas easy. Wherever you are, however you are feeling, you are not alone.
We wish you a peaceful, contented season — one that offers moments of rest, warmth, and kindness toward yourself and others. From our hearts to yours, thank you for being part of this community. Merry Christmas, with love and compassion always.
