I know it’s been a while. I’ve spent the beginning of my fourth decade travelling and with family, a deeply nourishing time to rest, reset and simply enjoy being present. Now, as my year begins (a little more in rhythm with the lunar new year), I felt called to reconnect with you.

Lately I’ve been noticing so much chaotic energy around us – intensity, emotional turbulence, and at the same time a powerful potential for change. In moments like these, our self-care and integration practices are not a luxury; they’re essential. Time to come back to ourselves, to the people we care about, and to the natural world feels not just supportive, but necessary.

When we slow down enough to heal, integrate and unlearn, we become more empowered to choose how we respond to life. From that place, we can meet challenges with clarity, compassion and alignment. I’d love to support you in that process, to be curious together, to explore, and to reconnect with what truly matters.

Over the coming weeks I’ll be sharing more about the online resources, live classes and in-person events I’ve created to help you regulate, replenish and grow at your own pace, in your own way.

Here’s to leading our own lives with intention, and allowing this year to be one of depth, connection and meaningful change.
