❤️ My feet and I love receiving reflexology and the real bonus for me is that I genuinely enjoy practicing reflexology for others, too.

Whether you're a fan of Valentine's Day or not, this isn't a sales pitch - you're getting enough of those for today!

But it is a huge thank you to everyone that's taken an interest in what I do, especially those that have booked in and trusted me to take care of them - thank you for helping me do what I ❤️.

[Update: open again now]

Hi everyone,
There's been a bit of radio silence recently as I unexpectedly closed last week and over the long weekend to visit a close relative in Palmerston North hospice. Sadly she has since passed so I will be away next week to attend her funeral 😔

I'll be seeing clients tomorrow but to those whose appointments I've had to schedule, a huge thank you for your understanding.

Romeo and Juliet may have had a tragic ending, but the only tragedy here is that I still can't decide what to put on this wall... 🙃

Blank wall aside, there's beauty in the simple things, like the sunshine spilling through my space, simultaneously brightening my day and relaxing me 😌 What can you see in your space or through your window that lifts your spirits?

Happy New(ish!) Year from tactile therapy 🥳

We officially reopened today with a 90 minute session for the lovely Rebecca, who blew me away with the incredible feedback she posted after her first treatment in December.

Whilst I can't guarantee that coming to see us will be the best decision you make this year, I can practically promise that you'll find it incredibly relaxing 😌 so check your calendar and book in some magic therapy for yourself.
