NEW NATIONAL RECORD

Congratulations to Kate Sadurska on setting a New National Record for Ukraine🇺🇦 according to CMAS rules in the discipline of Dynamic apnea without fins (DNF)

In this discipline, a freediver swims, aiming to cover the greatest distance possible in a horizontal underwater path without fins. The diver relies solely on limb movements to propel themselves forward. Kate successfully achieved a record-breaking distance of 158 meters!

But of course, stopping at just that record wouldn't be Kate's style😉 She also earned the prestigious title of Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine and received the 2023 Woman Athlete of the Year award from Federation of Underwater Sports and Underwater Activities of Ukraine Федерація підводного спорту та підводної діяльності України

ENCOURAGING EXCELLENCE IN OUR YOUNG ATHLETES/DANCERS
One of the best ways kids learn is from watching us, and the same can be said for learning sport and dance. Looking at how the professionals move, run, throw is excellent for kids while they are aspiring to improve in their given sports. It triggers them to copy their posture and movement patterns when they are out there themselves.
