It’s about finding the root cause of things like fatigue, weight gain, gut, or hormone issues — and creating a plan that supports your body’s natural healing processes.
I look at your nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, gut health, hormones, and more — and how all of these are connected.
I use food and lifestyle as powerful tools to bring your body back into balance — in a way that’s realistic, not restrictive.
This means:

I also use functional lab testing (where needed) to take away guess work & support deeper healing.
