In this workshop, we’ll focus on the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, which are dominant in Spring and key to clearing stagnation, detox naturally and move with ease.

You’ll experience:
πŸ”₯ Movement to warm the body, get energy flowing well
🌬 Breathwork to build inner heat, detoxify, and energize
πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Guided meditation & deep relaxation for complete renewal

Although this format can be more dynamic it is open to all levels β€” I’ll offer plenty of variations so you can work at a pace that feels right for your body.

We’ll finish with herbal tea and a short discussion on ways to support your body as we move into Spring.
