My thoughts race as I reflect on yesterday and how I can improve on today while walking through rain with no umbrella.
Selfcare, pops up, nourishment, breakfast and a cafe I've walked passed many a time.
Today I took the courage to go in, settle, breathe and order.
Realising simple things can provide answers.
When my order of eggs benedict arrives with the cafe spin, a twist to suit them as an organisation.
Then it hit me, I place a twist on my delivery and standards of making a difference with the people I support.
I am being uncomfortable being comforable discovering me, honoring me and seeing myself worthy of the skillsets acquired.
Breathing reflects growth.

IN ALL ASPECTS OF YOUR LIFE, health, wealth, career, lifestyle, love, relationships and family,
What steps are you taking? Are they empowering? Do they lift your spirits and make you smile? Or do they scare the life out of you, as it has you stepping outside your comfort zone? Are you learning so much or invested in a mentor?
Life experiences have shown me that the storm removes the things you are holding onto so tightly, the lesson provides growth, and hindsight provides wisdom.
The experience can be emotionally exhausting, and as one reflects, it highlights things about yourself that you let be, out of fear, insecurity, and not following the journey of your passion.
Take these steps, enjoy the journey of experiences, and learn your identity.
We are unique, amazing souls, all magical with incredible strengths and wisdom, and we are the students. Teacher. Master. Guru. In our lives, whatever stage you are at, that is where you are meant to be.
It's okay to move forward, being in your lane, providing no explanation to anyone else.
Take the little steps, fall, get up, and continue towards your achievements!

2019 I gained an international certified life coach certificate. It warms my heart and I love how by providing people with tools, they have huge personal growth and discover their potential. History of Psychic & mediumship. My heritage of psychic mediums, originating back in Ireland & England, both sides of the family. Birth father’s Uncle (my great Uncle) was one of the founders of Mackelvie Spiritual Church (Harvey Fitton) Church. Never had the pleasure of meeting him. He was great at platform and clairvoyant.
Birth father could foresee natural disasters. Mother’s mother was a very gifted strong clairvoyant, grandfather’s sister was an exceptional psychic in Ireland and never came to NZ when they migrated from England.
My mother has clairvoyance however lived in fear and place that belief on me for many years. I believed growing up it was a curse and I would predict incidents and for my efforts I was disciplined before and after.
Friend’s laugh at a medium being scared of spirit, over the years I have removed the condition of fear. Under the radar readings, to being open and proud to reveal all parts of me and to be able to help many people with a treasure chest of natural gifts.
I thank my siblings - those trips to goat island and leaving me very young in the rock pools by myself, to be teenagers on an island I could not swim to. Provided me the connection to the world of spirit. Life gives us many lesson - when we heal from the hurt we see the magic of knowledge we are left with.
