I'm doing blood glucose testing this week, using the Dexcom one+ constant glucose monitor. Over the weekend It's been really interesting to see how steady my levels are with low carb meals! I will be testing some higher carb foods this week, to look at the difference. Yesterday I went to Keto by D for brekkie and we had a keto hot cross bun (with butter 😍) at 8am and my blood sugars hardly went up at all......will be interesting to see what a real hot cross bun will do.
side note....that keto hot cross bun was so delicious!!

It's always great to do a quick reset and see the results it can achieve....not just weight loss but also how good it feels to get back into control again!

This win really proves a point:
It’s never too late to step up, make a change, and see the benefits.

One of my lovely clients is 80 years old.

She came to me feeling frustrated…
