When someone loses a large amount of weight, it's natural to want to know what they ate......but I'm much more interested in what they thought!
It's the thoughts that influence our actions....start acknowledging/changing your thoughts and the real magic happens in your weight loss. This is the thought that helped my amazing client stay on track and lose 32kgs in 14 months, so it's a powerful one.
