Covid-19 Update Revised - Alert Level 3

Footflex Podiatry remains closed for face to face appointments for ‘routine care’ during Alert Level 3

Following recent guidance from MOH & PBNZ, we will be available for face to face appointments for those that meet the following criteria.

Face-to-Face Appointment Criteria

a) Treatment that cannot be delayed or carried out remotely without risk of significant harm or permanent and/or significant disability.

b) Where failure to access services will lead to an acute deterioration of a known condition.

c) Where delay in access to services will impact the consumer’s ability to maintain functional independence and significantly negatively impact quality of life.

Please remember, if you do attend any appointments:

1. On arrival, please wait in your car, We will call you when we have prepared the clinic for entry

2. Please scan the QR code and sanitise on entry to the clinic

3. We strongly advise you to wear a mask to your appointment and throughout the duration of the appointment

4. We have a strict 1 person at a time policy, however you may bring 1 support person with you if required

5. If you become unwell between now and your appointment, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

We are open for face to face consults at Alert Level 2 🙂. Just a few reminders of the protocols we have in place, and what to expect:

👣 If you have the COVID19 Tracing App, please scan the barcode on the door on arrival and use the hand sanitizer provided.

👣 Please aim to arrive on time to your appointment, not too early, not too late.

👣 We will ask you the COVID19 screening questions.

👣 If you are feeling unwell, including symptoms of the common cold, please call us as we will need to re-schedule your appointment.

👣 We have made some changes to our waiting room area to achieve safe social distancing.
