🧩Nutrition is another piece of the puzzle when it comes to Wellness...
Eat what you enjoy, to FUEL your body for training, create a balanced meal of protein, carbs and fats at each meal with a decent serving of vegetables and you are away!
There is no such thing as good or bad foods. FOOD is FOOD! You can eat what you enjoy without the restrictions of food groups and still smash your goals whatever they are! Calories in VS Calories out!

Meet Jess 😍😍
Over three pregnancy's, Jess developed a grade 2 prolapse and really struggled with her symptoms related to this. Jess has an amazing Women's Health Physio that has helped her learn the crucial pelvic floor exercises effectively which has helped Jess immensely and meant that Jess got the go ahead to return to exercise/gym with us at 12 weeks postpartum! Since then we have worked at a slow and steady pace and using safe movements to help in the rehab process and ensure that Jess doesn't compromise her pelvic floor, but still gains the strength. Jess has been consistent with her training over the last 4 months and has trusted the process! This was Jess today after she smashed her bench, pushing 3 reps @ 40kg! Look at her face!!
I am so proud of Jess and her determination throughout this process! Excited to see what the next 6 months brings for her! GET IT GIRL 💪♥

These are my kind of before and after's! Movement pattern progressions! This image shows back in 2021 when her Powerlifting journey started, and last year. As you can see she has not only mastered her squat technique and the movement, she has also become stronger in this movement! Taelah has now confidently squatted in 2 comps since joining us here at ACTN3 with a massive 152.5kg squat at Proving Grounds recently! Let's celebrate these wins more!! 💪🙌

Do you need to step up your Boundary game??
Setting healthy boundaries with those around us is in my experience one of the best tools I have learnt in my own healing journey! By NOT setting healthy boundaries in our relationships, both personal and business we risk experiencing situations that don't feel good for our souls escalate. And we can become burnt out and drained! Even though in the moment setting a boundary might cause us to feel things like guilt or shame, and it can be super uncomfortable having these conversations, however if we can find a safe space to hold these conversations, you will always feel empowered and liberated. Not only that you will have clear expectations set and clarity gained! You will also be teaching those around you how you want to be treated, more importantly a clear message will be sent to yourself that you are WORTHY!
My work around this is important to me and is something I coach my clients on. Boundaries are an important part of a journey in healing ourselves and leaving more time for us to prioritise ourselves! Strong Mind, Body & Soul Lets GOOO!

Being YOURSELF is empowering right?! But it is probably the biggest challenge I have faced in my life! And I know, is one of the biggest challenges the women in my life, and those who I have worked with face!

Figuring out who YOU are outside of your kids, work and relationships is key, but it definitely isn't easy!

I have created a safe, passionate and supportive community of women over the last 5 years, working on not only on their physical strength but their mental fitness also. Helping women out in this space is my passion, seeing the queens around me flourish in and out of the gym is such an inspiring thing!! These women are STRONG and POWERFUL physically and mentally! We have created a space where they can be their authentic selves with no guilt, shame or apologising!

You have the power to rewrite your story at ANY time of your life...

Have you ever felt like you are holding onto what has happened to YOU up until this point in your life, and it is holding you back from making a change?

I first found fitness whilst living in an extremely toxic relationship with 2 very young children back in 2005. Fitness became my escape and also the one thing I was able to do for myself during a very stressful time, physically and mentally.

I was in my 20’s and had never stepped foot into a gym before, I managed to find one with an amazing coach who helped me through a hard time by getting me focused on PERFORMANCE goals, one of these being to run my first ever 12km run!

Throughout my journey I have grown immensely and also learnt A LOT, and this is where my experiences and knowledge helps women everyday.

I continually push myself outside of my comfort zone to enable myself to learn and grow through self development and trying new things, so I can be the best coach for my clients. This has seen me compete in multiple runs, the 21km tough mudder course, 2 corporate boxing fights and now competing at nationals level for Powerlifting!

Along with my studies, my journey has and will inspire others to put themselves first and look after their mental, spiritual and physical health and to learn to fuel their bodies for optimum sleep and to TRAIN!

I have a passion for womens health and wellness, my mission is to help women through their health journeys and empower them to feel confident and strong within themselves. I am taking on clients for coaching services online and in person NOW! With a holistic approach to wellness you will be coached through movement, nutrition and mindset to feel strong and powerful 💪🏻
