We can’t wait to re-open our doors again on Monday 31st August.
We are currently working through our bookings, starting with those we have had to cancel due to lock down.
We will send you a new appointment booking either by phone or via our text reminder system, asking that you select Yes to confirm or No to reschedule. If you reply No, one of our lovely admin team will call you to book a suitable time. Please be patient as we are working through many bookings over the next few days.
• PLEASE if you or anyone in your household has any respiratory symptoms of COVID-19; a sore throat, runny nose, cough, fever, shortness of breath or a loss of smell, DO NOT come in, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule.
• PLEASE DO NOT COME IN if you have had any contact with anyone who: has had close contact with a confirmed or probable COVID-19 case, has returned from international travel, had direct contact with a person who has travelled overseas , worked on an international aircraft or shipping vessel or cleaned at an international airport or maritime port or in areas/ conveniences visited by international arrivals.
• We ask every patient coming into the clinic to sign in with the QR code scanning poster on the front door and at reception or to please fill out the COVID-19 contact tracing forms at reception.
• Please use the hand sanitiser provided as soon as you enter the clinic.
• To keep social distancing within the clinic, please come alone, without family or friends unless you are under the age of 16.
• You are welcome to wait in the clinic, but please keep at least 1 m apart from anyone else. You are welcome to wait outside or in your car if you would prefer, but just give us a wave from outside the clinic at first so we know you have arrived.
• Please wear a clean mask, we can supply masks if you do not have one for a small cost.
• Please wear suitable clothing, so that your physiotherapist can see your injury and the area around it, for example shorts for lower limb injuries and singlets for shoulders, backs, and necks.
• We will not be able to have any magazines in the waiting room, during Level 2.
• Please NO CASH, please pay by either eftpos or bank transfer at the time of your appointment. We are happy to provide our bank account number, that you can load into your online banking. Sorry, we do not have pay Wave available. The eftpos machine will be cleaned with medical grade wipes/disinfectant spray between each use.
• All physio beds and equipment will be thoroughly cleaned between each patient.
Lastly, thank you all for your support, it has been really hard for everyone in Auckland going through a second lock down. We are looking forward to seeing you all again and getting your Headache and Migraine treatment back on track.
