Love being able to make my own granola bars, my own recipe that I uploaded into the Thermomix that o can share with my customers. Not only does it save so much money, but I know exactly what’s in them and they’re delicious! Win win all round.

How to put a healthy salad together to keep you satisfied, to nourish your body and feed your microbes in your gut?

Start with a base of lettuce leaves, rocket, (I add bitter foods like chicory root and cress to support the liver), add some protein (in this instance, chicken, cottage cheese, h**p seeds), add some fermented foods to feed the good bacteria in the gut (sauerkraut and kimchi), healthy fats (avocado, seeds and olive oil) and a drizzle of apple cider vinegar to support the gut as well. ��Toss through some fresh herbs like parsley and/or mint and it literally takes 5 minutes to throw together and you’ve got yourself a delicious lunch that you could do before you go to work.

Check out these numbers. This is just after one month! And then after two months, she's 4 1/2 kgs down too. I don't normally get the ladies to weigh themselves but some like to.

Yes, Rach has had to make some changes, yes, she's had to be open to learning a new way but she was at the heaviest she'd ever been and she just wasn't feeling chipper about herself. Now she's got a spring back in her step and the other day, she got out of the shower and looked at herself in the mirror and actually said out loud, "Wow" because she saw such huge changes in herself. Just imagine that joy?

Over the past couple of months, I've started tracking my sleep. When I first got my Garmin watch several years ago, I remember being so excited about tracking my sleep but it was so bad, it was depressing so I stopped!

Now I know how important it is (especially at our age), I decided to start tracking it again, and I'm really stoked with the results.

Ideally we want to be getting between 1-2 hours of REM sleep, and 1-2 hours of deep sleep. I know when I've had a bad sleep, I wake up feeling really drowsy and I know I haven't hit my targets.

It's the first place I start with my 1-1 clients because it's the cornerstone of everything with your health.
