The family friends being away from their home country tried out many restaurants, however they all had a common interest and that was Egg delicacies that are available on ro

ad side stall back in India which was no were offered in Auckland. They missed the egg delicacies so much that they decided to open their own restaurant. The friends tapped on to the knowledge each one of them had. One had a passion for cooking egg dishes and immense knowledge of cooking various new varieties made from egg, that they all used to relish. The idea of their own restaurant started, as most do, a half serious joke between friends, "Hey, you know what we should do…. open a restaurant!" so we can enjoy great food everyday and serve our community with the food that is missed being away from home. But, the conversations continued – everything would have to be just right, it would have to be on their terms. Those terms were simple: great quality and tasty food. With great enthusiasm the search for a location started. Sandringham area was decided to cater to diverse community and egg lovers. The decision was made for the location of restaurant. The team brainstormed to decide the name to include egg lovers and non-egg eaters. To keep it simple “Eggs n more” was the name selected out of all the ideas. Come in today and experience the food in a friendly atmosphere. If you want to relax, you can dine at the backyard of the restaurant.
