In a world that keeps asking us to move faster, Yin invites us to do the opposite. To pause. To soften. To stay.

Yin yoga is the quiet conversation between body, breath, and awareness. As we linger in each shape, the surface layers begin to settle and we gently reach the deeper tissues of the body, fascia, joints, the subtle spaces that hold our history. Not to force, but to listen. Not to achieve, but to allow.

In the stillness, something beautiful happens. The mind has time to digest the experiences of life. Sensations, emotions, thoughts, they rise, move, and slowly untangle. What felt loud becomes spacious. What felt heavy begins to breathe.

This is where insight lives.
This is where clarity quietly emerges.

With so much happening in the world around us, Yin offers a way to come back to your body, your breath, your inner landscape. A gentle yet profound opening. A remembering that there is wisdom in slowing down.

Come rest with us. 🤍

Today we pause in acknowledgement of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the tangata whenua of Aotearoa.

We recognise that HUM exists, practices and gathers on whenua that carries deep history, whakapapa and living culture. This day invites reflection on partnership, on listening, and on how we care for the land, for one another, and for the generations to come.

Te Tiriti reminds us of the shared responsibility to protect what is precious, our natural resources, te reo Māori, and the richness of Māori culture, as conversations about its place in our future continue.

As a space devoted to breath, presence and connection, we continue learning how to show up with respect, with manaakitanga, and in right relationship with this place we call home.💛🙏

Devotion Before Direction

Cacao • Restorative • Reiki

As we move deeper into the year, this is an invitation to pause within the unfolding — to soften the effort, return to the heart, and listen for what is quietly asking to guide your next steps.

Through ceremonial cacao, deeply supported restorative yoga, and the gentle flow of Reiki, we allow the nervous system to settle and the body’s innate wisdom to rise to the surface. Rather than chasing clarity through thinking or striving, we create space for insight to emerge naturally — through presence, sensation, and care.

There is nothing to fix.
Nowhere to arrive.

Just a space to be held, to listen, and to remember what matters most.

Sunday 22 February
2:30–4:00pm

Limited to 16 spaces

Join Allie for the first Shake the Dust of the new year
This Friday
6:15–7:30pm

Move. Release. Remember.

Shake the Dust is a dynamic embodiment experience designed to help you break free from stagnation, release stored tension, and come home to your body. Through intuitive movement, rhythmic shaking, breath, and guided prompts, you’ll be invited to let go of what no longer serves—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Rooted in the belief that movement is medicine and your body holds deep wisdom, this class weaves freeform dance, somatic practices, stillness, and an evocative soundtrack to support your journey from contraction to expansion.

Whether you’re navigating a transition, craving emotional release, or simply longing to reconnect—this is your permission to feel, move, and express in a way that’s true to you.

Come shake the dust, clear the cobwebs, and reclaim your rhythm 💫
