COMPETITION TIME!

We’ve purchased two tickets to the Gibbs Farm Sculpture Park Fundraiser, on Friday 27th March, to support an amazing cause. 100% of ticket proceeds go to the FARA NZ (Friedreichs Ataxia Research Association), a non-profit dedicated to finding treatments and a cure for Friedreichs Ataxia, a rare inherited neurodegenerative disease. And we’re giving the tickets away as a thank you to our community!

They’ll make a great Christmas gift for yourself or a loved one. (You will need your own transport to get you there and back).

To enter the draw, simply comment below and tell us you want in. It’s that easy.

We’ll pick the lucky winner on Friday December 19th. Good luck!

In case you don’t win though you can still get early bird tickets until 31 December by clicking on the link below.

There are some spaces available for visitors with mobility permits who wish to experience the artworks from their vehicle. To arrange this, please get in touch with Cathryn.awatea@gmail.com.

Staying active in a moon boot is possible. And this awesome video from one of our recent customers proves it! Thanks to one of our hand-control cars she was able to get to work, keep her side business running and still fit in her 5am gym sessions. No waiting around for a taxi that may or may not show, just independence, flexibility and a much smoother recovery from staying active. And check out the activewear Sera is sporting. It’s her own label: My Keeper .

Family moments really matter – and being able to be there together means everything. With one of wheelchair accessible vans, a recent customer was able to drive her Mum to a recent family event – with the dog happily tagging along as co-pilot! The smile says everything.
We love seeing how our short-term hires help make these moments happen – the gatherings, the milestones, the occasions that really count!

Love this video, and Anne says it so well – NZ Spinal Trust do an incredible job every day, providing exactly the support people need, when and where they need it.

The Spinal Support NZ team do the same incredible work in Auckland too.

And a big shout out to everyone working in the spinal units at Burwood and Auckland – you’re all doing vital mahi every day!

Tikka's been trying out a few different roles around the office lately.

Today's experiment: joining the driving team.

Verdict? Cute...but maybe not quite the right fit.

Back to the drawing board, Tikka.
