Join Jill for a guided flow, building toward our peak pose Bird of Paradise. While this pose is often considered more “advanced,” plenty of options and variations will be offered, making this workshop truly accessible for all levels.
Ed will be on hand to assist and offer hands-on adjustments for those who would like them.

I first came to Yoga over 15 years ago. Originally I sought it out for fitness and flexibility but over the years it’s become so much more. It has become ingrained in who I am and how I live day to day.
Nowadays, the absolute biggest part of my life is my family. I am the mum of two amazing boys (both under the age of 3). Being a mum has been the most wonderful and challenging journey.
As parents we find ourselves so busy and self care is the first thing that seems to fly out of the window. We give and give of our time and energy but don’t take the time to replenish and give to ourselves. As a mum, I know how incredibly hard it can be to make time for yourself. It is for this reason that I decided to begin classes for caregivers of small children, as well as provide the option to come to you.
What I offer:
Group classes for caregivers of small children.
The focus is primarily on your yoga practice, whilst your child socialises with other children or plays at the top of your mat (or maybe even sleeps in the pram). In some cases, there may be some opportunity for interaction with your little one if you so desire. A small selection of toys and books are available but it is recommended to bring along a favourite activity of two. Parents are responsible for children during the practice. The setting is fairly informal due to the unpredictability of little ones. Arriving late is ok, as is stopping to feed or tend to a fussy little one. All levels welcome (no experience necessary). Please see my latest posts for current classes.
Private sessions. I can provide private one on one sessions or small group instruction.
Training/Style of Yoga:
I am trained in Embodied Flow - 200 hours with Adele Kinghan (Rise Yoga)
I have completed Pregnancy Yoga training (also with Adele Kinghan, Rise Yoga)
I teach Vinyasa flow style of yoga, linking breath to movement. Classes are often dynamic with time for slowing down at the end.
Additionally, I am a trained and fully registered primary school teacher
