Day 1: Clear one small space. Breathe deeply.
Day 2: Nourish with seasonal whole foods.
Day 3: Step outside, screen-free, for 20 minutes.
Day 4: Open the windows and let in the fresh air.
Day 5: Move gently - join a yoga, pilates or gentle movement class
Day 6: Journal on what feels heavy. Release it.

No harsh cleanses needed - just small daily choices to awaken body and mind:
Start your mornings with warm lemon water or herbal tea
