My heart is overflowing with joy for our beautiful studio and all the lovely people who came today to fill their cups before Christmas so that they can be more present with their families. Practicing kindness to each other and showing patience. Yoga is so much more then just a body and mind practice it is a heart opening, soul enriching spirit journey that invites so much more joy and love into our lives.

As my last class finished tonight and I could feel the peace in the studio, I felt so much contentment.

So grateful for the next few days of rest with my family as we celebrate christmas and connect together ♥️
