I made a PAV... it's been more years than I care to mention since my last pav attempts. Twice in London with an awful be**er. One ending up like a breadboard due to a slight confusion with cornflour instead of icing sugar. Eeek. When Busy Boys Thermo Fun mentioned how she can't make pav due to her son's allergy I rose to the challenge.
