The weather looks great for outdoor yoga tomorrow - finally! ☀️ Class is FREE and suitable for beginners. Just bring a mat and water, and remember to put on sunscreen. The class is in Browns Bay next to the playground by the beach, 9-10am.

My teaching schedule this week:
• Friday: 9am-10.15am, Vinyasa 1
• Saturday: 9am-10am, free outdoor yoga by the beach, Browns Bay (DM for details - at this point, it looks unlikely this will go ahead this week because of this uncooperative weather ☔️ - TBC)
• Sunday: 9am-10.15am, Vinyasa 1
• Sunday: 10.30am-11.45am, Vinyasa 2
