Functional Health has gone through a few changes in the last little bit.
And we are so excited to now serve our community in the new space that we have set up.

We wanted to give a big thank you to each and every one of you who have helped us.
To our practice members for helping us with the move, to Dr Sheetal’s parents, to every person who was understanding during the small challenges that came up along the way, to all our friends that came along with advice and help,
A big thank you to all of you, we truly appreciate it!

Colleen is a degree-qualified Naturopath, having recently graduated from New Zealand's only tertiary provider, South Pacific College of Natural Medicine, also winning a top award for resilience and overcoming adversity. This award recognises outstanding commitment to the profession by going above and beyond during a very challenging time.

This attitude reflects Colleen's values, and informs her ethos in supporting people to live their best versions of themselves, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Colleen uses traditional and evidence-based knowledge to provide those she supports with the best opportunities and tops to achieve their health goals.

Whilst supporting a wide range of health conditions, Colleen's passion lies in mental health, peri and menopause, neurodiversity, skin, digestive, and immune conditions.
