Dr Dart's Japanese Acupuncture Clinic

Dr Dart's Japanese Acupuncture Clinic Ian McDonald (drdart) is restarting his japanese acupuncture practise again. Retired GP of 40 years.

Japanese acupuncture is suitable for most complaints. It is painless, very effective and energising. Modalities include japanese acupuncture. The needles are very thin(0.12 mm)compared to Chinese or Ayaverdic(0.25 mm)and inserted very superficially2-3 mm.Western trigger point therapy uses 0.3 mm needles inserted 5-20 cm and quite painful. Twirled up and down and around(techi)very painful distressing

to patient and losing energy at same time. French ear acupuncture was developed by a French doctor Dr Nogier in 1960s.Ian has been taught French techniques using a highly sophisticated hand and ear acupuncture machine called a NET 2000.The only one in New Zealand.Because each point has 4 phases it moves round the ear.Only a NET 2000 machine can detect the microscopic changes around the ear and treat it with 6 different frequencies. For example the spine has 4 different points in the ear including the back and front.Unless you are accurate the ear acupuncture wont be as effective. Korean Hand acupuncture also has 4 phases and the NET 2000 machine needs to be used for accuracy and efficacy. Spinal gentle manipulation is also used by Ian.Ian has done manipulative therapy courses and has performed gentle adjustments successfully for 40 years.
