Today is World Su***de Prevention Day, and the theme is Changing the Narrative on Su***de.

Talking about su***de safely, with aroha and compassion, helps lift whākama/shame. It reminds people they’re not alone, offers hope, and can save lives.

Our free, evidence-based resources can help you spot warning signs, start a safe kōrero with someone you care about, and find support - whether it’s for yourself or someone you love. Tap the link in bio to explore the full resource suite.

Together, we can change the narrative and make Aotearoa a place where people feel connected, have purpose, and hold onto hope. ***dePreventionDay
