🎄 Day 1: Slow Breath

Option 1: Take three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. Let your shoulders melt down. Option 2: 4-4-8 breath. Breathe in for a count of 4, hold for 4, and exhale for 8. Repeat as many times as need.
