Want to build that b***y?🍑

If you’re trying to grow that bunda, you can’t skip the hip thrust. This exercise is one of the best for targeting your glutes, helping build strength, shape, and that lifted look. Hip thrusts load the glutes through a full range of motion, which means better muscle activation and serious growth when done consistently.

Focus on:
✨ controlled reps
✨ full hip extension
✨ squeezing the glutes at the top
