I've been a little quiet lately- here's why 🩶

Shock horror — I haven’t posted on social media since last year!
Life has been a little full behind the scenes. My mum has some new challenges and needs more of my time and support plus Charlie has now left special ed school, so our week looks very different. He’s just begun attending a new daycare centre two days mornings a week and is happy there. He also volunteers for a few hours daycare centre, playing with the little ones.He’s at home with me the rest of the time, so I must confess I’m a bit behind on everything as we adjust to new routines.☺️

That said, I’ve had a lovely start to the year holding some beautiful self-care events for two different charities, as well as a few private sound baths and running my sound training. ✨🎶
The work is still very much alive — even if I’ve been quieter online.

There are a couple of lovely events coming up this month I haven’t been very good at letting people know what’s available. If you’ve been feeling stretched, tired, or in need of a reset, these sessions are a chance to properly pause — to let your nervous system soften and your body catch up. I’d love to see you xx

Bring sound healing into your life✨

I have an introduction to Sound Healing course coming on 10 & 11 January 2026

This 16 hour workshop is very hands on. It's the course I would loved to have had 18 years ago. A chance to try out different instruments ( before spending and wasting lots of money).

You will play all kinds of singing bowls as well as gongs, drums, a variety of chimes, tuning forks and other sound healing tools ✨🎶

There's a comprehensive workbook, plus lunch and refreshments provided so all you have to do is immerse yourself in healing sounds. ❤️

Who does this xourse suit?

So far people attending have been really varied, musicians, meditators, school teachers, Reiki masters, ayurvedic therapists , yoga teachers and massage therapists and counsellors all have found ways to intregate sound healing into their lives.

Clients who have never played before but love sound baths have also attended- you don't need any experience.

For existing Sound healers if you would love to deepen and expand your skills you will learn ways of introducing new sounds, how to expand your toolkit along with deepening your musical and sound theory knowledge 🙏🏼

The course is limited to 4 people only and I provide a comprehensive questionnaire so I can customise the course for you.
