Almost 4 years ago we opened at Perform Fitness gym at Formosa....
Fast forward an amazing 4 years and for the last 2 at my home office - I'm sad to say goodbye to Beachlands.

New adventures await in the Bay of Plenty and who knows - Viva may open down there in the months to come.

Thanks to an amazing local community that I have had the pleasure to serve and be a member of. Fond memories will be forever in my heart.

Family wellness in Beachlands

Here’s the view at sunrise from the deck of my house. It overlooks the Formosa estate - and I thought there’s no better place than to be offering my services than the growing community of Beachlands/Maraetai. I hope to move there before too long!

I’m working from Perform Fitness in the Formosa Sports complex three shifts a week, Tuesday morning, Thursday evening and Saturday morning.

If you’re struggling with life and can’t manage the things you love to do....maybe you have aches and pains, or feel less flexible, or have immune issues. Perhaps you’re currently pregnant or have a newborn baby who may be colicky; give me a call and let’s have a chat. I’m here to help you get back out doing the things you love to do and I’m here to help your family too.
