My Dad passed away early this morning 😭💔 This evening he turned up in my friends TikTok live when she was doing mediumship.

A year ago doctors had given him days to weeks to live. My siblings and I moved everything out of his flat and moved him into Aria Gardens Rest Home. There he stayed, being well cared for by beautiful people who made sure he got everything he needed. As days turned to weeks he started to regain some strength and mobility then weeks turned to months and here we are 1 year later.

While he was still in the hospital we talked openly and honestly about death. We discussed what would happen and I shared with him the 7 minute story. At the moment of death there are 7 minutes where the brain is still active. In those 7 minutes your life, your loved ones and important events are shown to you. I know that this morning me, my siblings and whanau/aiga where part of his last 7 minutes 😭💔💫✨️

Dad turning up in my friends kitchen tonight bold as brass, cracking jokes with a huge smile. That got me laughing and crying as she described him to us. Of course he was going to choose Jaz to send us a message. Love you Dad, I wont wait up xoxox

Its my day off from my full time job so I'm in te ngāhere walking with my guides having a staff meeting 😃✨️💫
My neice is up from Rotorua to spend a few days with her Nan and Pops and dropped in last night for a catch up. Every time I see her she says something that gets me thinking. Always something really basic and yet profound in its simplicity. Thank you LeiLani Dunn I'm perculating something opening up possibilities and potentialities. We had a staff meeting and my guides are on it💫✨️
While I was in te ngāhere I left behind everything that was weighing me down for Papatuanuku to recycle and reuse. In return I feel lighter and ready for a Reiki share session this afternoon with Emma Connolly. We have a community healing clinic on the 13th September in Briwns Bay. More on that later. Have a beautiful day xx

I was on a retreat this weekend and I realised with real-eyes, that I am not showing love to myself. I show up for everyone else but not myself.
I have got into a habit of coming home from a demanding job, eating dinner and then sitting down for the rest of the night. I don't eat well, Im dehydrated, and I don't sleep well😔
It's time to make changes and show love to myself❤️✨️💫
Yesterday I brought flowers, good food, and when I got home I resisted the urge to sit down and watch Netflix, where I doom scroll while half watching it. I resisted for a while anyway😒
I have set alarms on my phone to make sure I go to bed at a reasonable hour and put down my phone and pick up a book before bed.
Ive decided to do intermittent fasting. This means I don't have to get up early to make breakfast and sit scrolling through my phone while shoveling porridge in my mouth. Ive given myself an extra half hour of sleep instead.
I got up at 6.30 made a cup of tea, I thought I could just have a small banana. But then I realised I was falling into self sabotage so went up stairs, got back into bed and read over my notes from the weekend.
Small changes and keeping myself on track.
I love and care for myself today ❤️

👋I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

I am wanting to change the page name as I am rebranding with a new name and logo. I've been trying for weeks now to get Meta to change the name from Wairua Reiki to Epiphany Healing. I have tried 3 times over the last few weeks. Has anyone changed the name of their professional page? How did you do it?
