As we enter the new Traffic Light system, you will still be able to access our practice, see an optometrist, choose new glasses and continue to receive all of the services you have in the past. As a health service, we will see everyone and won’t ask about your vaccination status. You will still need to scan in using the QR Code, observe social distancing and wear a mask unless you are exempt.

If you would prefer, we can arrange contactless collection or direct to home delivery.

We are open for routine appointments under Alert-Level 2.
We’re doing everything we can to keep patients and our team safe in practice and have enhanced COVID-19 protocols in place.
This includes restricting the number of people who are in practice at any time and providing hand sanitiser to patients when they enter the practice. We have enhanced cleaning protocols including disinfecting test rooms and equipment after each patient, cleaning the retail area throughout the day, including frames.
