Today's theme is all about being active, which just support our physical health – it’s also a powerful mood booster. Whether it’s a walk, run, dance, or even vacuuming the house, moving your body can reduce stress, enhance mental resilience, and make you feel connected with others.

We want to photograph Aotearoa!

We’re stoked to be backing A Big Walk with New Zealand Rugby in partnership with New Zealand Rugby Foundation! An epic fundraiser who support injured rugby players.

Tony Hargood (aka Big T) is on a huge mission, walking the length of Aotearoa, stopping at all 26 rugby provinces, and kicking a conversion at each one.

Along the way, Big T will be dropping into some of our clinics to say kia ora, share his story, snap a pic, and maybe even pop in a treatment (it’s a lot of steps to cover!).
Keep an eye out, give him a big welcome, and back this awesome cause 🙌

Today he's setting off from Clinton to Balclutha!
