⭐ Halfway there ⭐

Today I'm celebrating a quiet but powerful milestone - I've officially reached the halfway point in my counseling degree ✨

This process has stretched me in ways I never imagined. Following my intuition hasn't always felt easy or safe - it takes real courage to choose growth, especially when the path feels uncomfortable. But here I am, still walking it, heart opening, learning more each day about what it means to sit with others in their stories...and my own ✨

I'm deeply grateful for every person who has supported Flowpresso during this time. Your encouragement and belief in what I do helps me in this journey of growth. Thank you 🙏🏼

The Chinese "Wood Snake" year of 2025 represents growth and transformation.

It's about what helps keep us grounded and rooted. We look at what lies beneath, at what sustains us internally.

It's a year of sloughing away and transforming. We have opportunities to align with new visions and values for our lives.

It requires an attitude of patience, tenacity, gifting ourselves the time to increase our inner perception, adaptability, and intentionality.

Through deeper understanding and strengthening our introspection we can find creative and innovative ways of being.

The numerology for 2025 is 9 which is also mimicking the theme of moving through a time of transformation and allowing in the new.

May 2025 bring you many aha moments, a sense of evolution, and a time to sow seeds that will flourish in the years to come.

Macka Wagstaff will be one of the youngest entrants for the two-day in 2025.

I had the honor of giving him some flowpresso time to assist with any muscle recovery and timeout towards his current training.

They say it takes a village and with the support from his family, friends, and community, we wish Macka all the best in this amazing accomplishment.

🍀 Growth through challenge is the central theme of my 2024. How about you?

🍀 It feels good to be on the other side of 16 assignments at the end of the first year of my degree.

🍀 There's been a lot of times I've thought I don't know how I'm going to do this. There seems to be a moment when the worst of it is right there in your face and somehow you manage to climb up and do what's required.

🍀 I've learned a lot about myself. I've learned that it helps to have other people to walk up the mountain with. I've learned that I can do so much more than I thought was possible. I've learned that facing what feels hard can be accepted and somehow celebrated.

🍀 It feels like I'm sitting at Everest Base Camp and I can't quite believe I got here.
I am very grateful for this moment to reflect on how I got to this point.

🍀 I appreciate the opportunity I've been given and I want to thank all of you who support, believe, and have encouraged me along the way to keep on going.
